The client rents a virtual videoconference room in ASP format (Application Service Providers).

The contract normally is a one year term license, and during this period the client can make as many videoconferences as he wants, provided he respects the terms of the contract.

This contracting method is available only in Small and medium companies and Premium versions.

The cost is calculated according to:

  • Registration and personalization of the application: a one off-payment that will be applied the first time you contract the application. The cost corresponds to the client corporate image design as well as the server configuration.
  • Servers and equipment: cost applied for the equipment and servers that guarantee the perfect operation of the application at any time.
  • Number of seats: the cost will depend on the number of users you want to join to a same videoconference room.
